This composition ensures outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in extremely aggressive environments, notably those involving seawater and acidic chloride solutions. This pipe is the standard material for severe service in offshore oil and gas (process lines), chemical processing, and pulp and paper industries (bleaching/scrubber systems) where maximum corrosion resistance is mandatory.
